Telephone Circuits

Unanswered Question

I know this may not be the right place for this, but I am having trouble understanding how the circuits work together and identifying them.

For example, in voice circuits, what is a LD PRI?

This is not Long Distance?

The DMARC in your network room is only connecting your endpoint office to the LEC?

The circuit IDs on the DMARC (69HCGS)is usually only the LEC connection to the CE, is this correct.

How can I have 69HCGS numbers on the DMARC and have DHEC circuit ID numbers on the same DMARC?

I do not understand how this all fits together,

Any ideas where some good reference material is?

I have this problem too.

The DHEC number belongs to AT&T and the HCGS number belongs to the vendor that AT&T has putting in the circuit. AT&T owns the circuit but it is suppluied by another vendor
