i would like to add an addition switch

3750G 48PS to a production stack which is having 3750 ( not 3750G). what do i need to be prepare?

Hi

The good thing about stacking is that your operations wont affect.

Just make sure that while connecting the new switch to the existing stack using the stacking cable, you do not pull both the port's cable. Let one be there. This will continue the operation flow.

After you have introduced the new member, everything will be back to normal as it were.

does the new switch 3750G will take the master role of the 3750 Stack? because it has the higher speed port.
