How to Retrieve all Configured Skillgroups and Agents from Cisco ICM

Hi,

I need to programmatically retrieve the list of skillgroups and agents that are configured in ICM.

I have tried the following,

1. Use the 'GetAllSkillgroup' method and 'GetAllAgent' method of the CTIOS session object, but that provides only a cached list of skillgroups / Agents that it has seen.

Any help is appreciated.

I have this problem too.
