I've tried periodically to set "Always use prime line" to True. but I after a couple of days I have to set it back to False because I start to receive reports from random users that they pick up a ringing call and receive dead-air instead of the call. I'd love to use the "always use prime line" feature; the default is very inconvenient for most of my users. Has anyone run into this before? Part of my problem is that I really can't leave the glitched-up users in this position while I work with TAC to resolve since I know what would fix it immediately. Thanks in advance for your help!
