Hi List;
The router build its routing based on which DB? Is it the HDS or other?

Hello,
no. Actually, it is the [instance]sideA and the [instance]sideB databases - which are the same. They are called 'Central controller'.
And no, you cannot figure out, how the scripts are stored in the database.
Listen, Bilal, do not take it personal, but so far what I see you do not have too much experience with IPCC - what about going to the ICM Bootcamp? ;-)

I am not asking how the script are storing in the database, but rather I am asking that: based on which tables the routing are built?
For example: if the router decided to send the call for agent id xxx, this decision based on what the router calculated, so the question is:
Based on which DB (which table) the routes are determined? I know that there is a route script (which return a lable), but this route script build its results based on tables which already built based on the router manipulations.
The router is responsible for determining the routes, so based on which tables it does the calculations? And the routing script also is returning the lables, based on which table in the DB?
Regards
Bilal
