sccp VG224 call pickup problem

We have a VG224 and i enabled feature access codes on it. I use the default prefix and access codes. Default is **3 for call pickup. I made this test; I called a phone X from a phone Y and the Y one started ringing. While the phone Y is ringing, i push the buttons **3 on a phone Z and the phone Y stopped ringing. Also the dialtone on phone X has stopped. However; the call disconnected and no auido stream between X and Z started.

What can be the cause of this, any idea?

Local group pickup and external group pickup are supported for Cisco Unified CallManager only if the AutoCallPickupEnabled service parameter is set to True.

Please confirm it is enabled.
