CM, DC, RME - Router are missing after tomcat restart

After restarting Tomcat (because we have a web server issue ...) all the routers cannot be seen either on common services, RME or Device Center ...any idea ...???

lms 2.6 windows version

split mode : server one CM,DC and RME; server two IPM, DFM

Since you said you're integrated with ACS, there is most likely an integration issue. Check the Common Services > Device and Credentials > Reports > Devices not in ACS report, and see if they're being listed there.
