PDM Stucked

Running PDM 3.0(4) on PIX 6.3(5). When I launch PDM, it gets stuck in loading the policy. SSH has no problem. What could be the cause?

PDM is very very fussy about the version of JVM you are running on the client. See if there are any error messages relating to Java.

Also check to see if you have any popup blockers on your web browser, this can cause issues.

This only came up after I removed a ACL in PDM. SSH shows up fine. PDM now loads half way and stalls... I upgraded/downgraded Java, problem still persists... Any ideas?

what ACL did u remove ?? why do you need SSH for PDM ?? some basic things that we will check are:

1) Java

2) http server enable

3) ACL's

4) PDM version compatibility with the PIX version !!!!

5) check if the DES key is enabled...

6) Proxy issues ??

Thanks for the tips. I have verified those before. I think it's a bug, and I need to reboot the PIX.
