Is there a way I can create a user just to have read and write access to Chasis View.
When I give a user just Helpdesk, they are not able to even read the chasis view.
Pls help.

What version and platform of LMS do you have? There was a Bug with HelpDesk Role cannot use CiscoView?

CSCsg26840: User must have "network admin" privilege to use CiscoView.

But that will mean that the helpdesk user will have access to almost all other privileges, which they should not have access to.
Is this how it was designed? Is there a way around this?

LMS 2.6. No, Helpdesk alone cannot use CiscoView.
