Greetings,
I'm configuring a new Call Manager Express system that includes the CISCO2811-CCME/K9 bundle and five CP-7961G IP Phones. Do I need to also order five of the software licenses (SW-CCME-UL-7961), or are the licenses to use the phones included in the CISCO2811-CCME/K9 bundle?

Hi Mark,
You will need to purchase the Phone licenses as well. Here are a couple of clips that speak to this question;
You must purchase a base Cisco Unified CME feature license and phone user licenses that entitle you to use Cisco Unified CME.
From this CME Overview doc;
Prerequisites for Configuring Cisco Unified CME
Base Cisco Unified CME feature license and phone user licenses that entitle you to use Cisco Unified CME are purchased.
