Unfortunately there are no tools in cisco which can do this.. you have to manually draft the configuration... the only way your pix changes to the 7.0 config, is to upgrade it. when doing an IOS upgrade from 6.3 to 7.0, the configs are automatically changed to the new format. you can then copy the config of pix and paste it on the ASA.. this is quite complex, and i would advice you to manually build up the configs, because ASA, is after all a security device and should be carefully configured !!!!
