I think since Cisco's Access Points offer a robust, feature-rich, and proven inter-Access Point protocol, it has no near-term plans to support 802.11f on AP-1100, AP-1200, or forthcoming Access Point products.
Actually, IAPP you are referring to is an 802.11f standard based IAPP. For this, the answer is Cisco doesn't support 802.11f IAPP.
