How to configure route filter for accessing carrier Operator

Unanswered Question

Hi,

I want to use route-filter when end user dials 9.0, 9.0#, 9.01,9.01# for carrier operator or using calling card to finish the call.

Is there anyone let me know why the following route-filter does not work?

Route Filter Name: BOperator

Clause: (INTERNATIONAL-OPERATOR EXISTS) OR

(INTERNATIONAL-OPERATOR EXISTS AND END-OF-DIALING EXISTS) OR

(INTERNATIONAL-ACCESS EXISTS) OR

(INTERNATIONAL-ACCESS EXISTS AND END-OF-DIALING EXISTS)

When I dials 9.0 or 9.0#, I heard "your call can not be completed.."

Thanks,

JJ

I believe you need to also include "LOCAL-OPERATOR" which would be "9.0". If you wanted to include "9.00", you would need "LONG-DISTANCE-OPERATOR".

I hope this helps,

Dennis
