Cisco IP communicator for Linux

I have Open Suse 10.2 in my home and I would like to use Cisco IP Communicator here to connect to my branch office where CCM 4.1 is installed.

Is there a Cisco IP Communicator version for my linux distribution?.

Any other seemed application?.

SJ Labs makes a softphone compatible with Linux.

I have more dudes. Can I call all phone types from my call manager with this siftware without any other service?.

No, I have not tried this product. Yes, you can call any phone on your CCM with this software.
