Recover Router

Hello,

I have 2811 series router running IP base IOS, later I added VOICE supporting IOS and reload the router.

now the router doesnt boot ; just freezes

Please let me know the steps to restore the router in working mode?? Will I lose my configuration on the router.

Details of router

Cisco 2811 (revision 53.50) with 251904K/10240K bytes of memory

flash:c2800nm-ipbase-mz.124-3d.bin

239K bytes of non-volatile configuration memory.

62720K bytes of ATA CompactFlash (Read/Write)

Have you removed the old IOS (IP Base), after add the new Voice IOS ?

Thanks God you didn't remove it.

First: reload the router and do a break sequence to enter rommon mode:

Second: dir your flash to get the old IP-Base IOS exact name:

Third: boot the router using the old IP-Base image:
