I use IPCC 4.0(5) and CCM 4.1.3
The phones use Entention mobility. Agent can login via IP Phone Service. When agent logged in, phone display shows CSQ and tatue (ready or not ready). However, when agent answer a call or make an outgoing call, the phone display goes back to its extention mobility screen. Agent will not know whether the phone is ready or not. It there a workground to place the Agent logon status on top all the time?
