hey experts
i have switch configure vtp server, how can i prevent switches connects to my switch to join my vtp domain?

Hi,
A VTP domain (also called a VLAN management domain) is made up of one or more interconnected switches that share the same VTP domain name. A switch can be configured to be in one and only one VTP domain.
If your switch is set up in your existing vtp domain you configure the old switches as VTP transparent, you can create and modify VLANs but the changes affect only the individual switch.

hi
my problem is some of my user plug their switch to my switch as client. is there a way i can prevent it by putting some config in my switch ports?

Hi,
Then I would suggest that you set a password
for the VTP domain:
vtp passwd passwd
