We have a wired LAN sytem in our 14 room hotel. It seems that every day, the router goes down. If I unplug everything from the back of the Router, and pause for a few minutes, then plug it all back in again..... we are back in business.
Clearly, this is a goofy system. What am I doing wrong?
We have our Internet provided by Satelitite dish (we are out in the country) and I have the router feeding two switches with six ports each. We have two computers in our office, for a grand total of 14 outlets. Most of the time we only have one or two guests using computers in their rooms.
We need help! (or at least our Router does)

If you are talking about the Linksys BEFSR41 then I would recommend you try to update the firmware on the device.

Hi,
There might be a virus or a worm infection on your LAN, did you do checkups for your PCs.
HTH, please rate if it does help,
Mohammed Mahmoud.
