Dear all,
I have Cisco Switch 2960G one unit. So, when i show interfact gigabitEthernet0/21
it show error some point.please find the attach file.Note:now this port don't work.

Looking at the errors, it could be two reasons.
1. The speed and duplex mismatch in between the switchport and the end device.
2. The media of gigabit connection (physical) is faulty or not compatible.

is this happening while connecting on that particular port or even if you connect on other ports also.
check the cable termination, even the cable which is connecting from the end device might be damaged.
