Park and transfer call

Hi guys,


I want to know if is posible in CCME to configure the following:


When the recepcionist transfer a call to an extension if that extension is busy, the call goes to park stated and when the extension goes free again, the extension ring with the call that was in park stated.

Hi Angel,


The feature that you are referring to is called "Camp-On" in the Telephony world. This feature works exactly the way you described. Unfortunately "Camp-On" is not yet supported in CCM or CME.


You could use something like Directed Call Park (with overhead paging) but it's not really close :(

Actually "camp-on" shouldn't be to difficult to support with a TCL IVR script for CCME, I shall think about writing it, as it is a feature nice to have.
