After reviewing the SRST admin guide in particular chapter 7 (Integrating Voice Mail with Cisco SRST) and following it to the letter, we are still having issues with voice mail when a site goes into SRST mode. When is SRST mode and you press the message key, the user is prompted for their password. But when a call is redirected to Unity voice mail by either busy or forward no answer, all we are getting is the general greeting. After looking at the configuration on the gateway we are setup as prescribed in the documentation. Are there instructions or different configuration parameters on the PRI that we need make certain that our carrier has in place for RDNIS? Are carrier is Verizon Business in MA.
