Problems with unity 4.2

the issue is , i was created a new susbcriber and the unity given error :" E_access denied" i run the permission wizards from de unity , and the problem continued.

what can i do ?

1. Start >> Programs >> MS Exchange 2003 >> System Manager.

2. Right Click on First Organisation >> Delegate Control Wizard.

3. Make sure UnityDirSvc is Full Exchange Administrator.

Check if this solves the issue, if yes, please don't check the other set

of instructions.

1. Start >> Programs >> MS SQL Server >> Enterprise Manager.

2. Databases >> UnityDb >> Tables >> MailboxStore.

3. Right Click and do a open all rows.

4. Arrow over to the 'HomeServer' field make sure you have the right

Exchange Server in there.

5. Reload Unity.

Check if this resolves the issue.

make sure what OU or tree you are running the permissions wizard on in ad. If you want to create subscribers from the SA you need to be aware of where you can create new and modify existing ad users.
