Have 18 Aironet 1100s with BOOTLOADER FILE SYSTEM FAILURE

I have a site with several 1120B devices. We are seeing within the last 4 weeks up to now..18 devices have 2 RED LEDs go on during bootup, which I found means a BOOTLOADER SYSTEM FILE FAILURE. What does this error mean? And what can we do to fix it?

I?m with the same problem and I trying to find a solution, but in the Cisco Site I didn?t find. Did you get to fix this problem. Please if sure. send to me What Can I do.
