problems creating new trigger

i have ipcc 4.0 , my problems is added new trigged. for put 2 csq. the ipcc given error " could not create cti route point and corresponding line on callmanager".

Try out these workarounds

1) If there are two NICs on the CRS server. disable the 2nd NIC.

2) Re-order the JTAPI provider. Put CCM Pub to the 1st.

3) Check if JTAPI is out of sync. Some route point exising on CRS but not on CCM. Some existing

on CCM but not on CRS. Do a re-sync.

also check if the device pool settings are correct. whether the device pool is a valid one

I got this problem before. It was caused by the route-point DN already taken by other device. Befroe I assign a route-point DN, I searched in Device > Phone against Directory Number. I chose a number not in that list. The correct search place should be in Route Plan > Route Plan Report.
