Hi,
we're using CCM 4.1(3)sr3c and now having problem where when user pressed the directory button, it take 5 to 6 second for Corporate Directory to display, and also for authentication service (Extention Mobility) login. Need your help.
Thanks in advanced.

Have you tried restarting the IIS service (Go to the command prompt and type "iisreset".)
Also on the callmanager web page Go to System ----->Enterprise Parameters
Scroll down to Phone URL Parameters
Look at following parmaeter
URL Directories http://
do you have "server name" or "IP Address" in the URL ? (Change it to IP address instead of name ) and try corporate directory again.
Also check the lmhost and hosts file ?

When did it started happening ?(I mean did we changed/upgrade anything recently ?)
What is phone model/models and load on which its happening ?
Also go to DC Directory and look under CCN/System Profiles ,
right click on the Hotelling Profile and check to see its pointed at the
Publisher. If its not pointed to the Pub can you tell me what its pointed to?

the phone model is 7940 and 7960 (P00307020400) loaded and DC Directory Hotelling Profile pointed to publisher (http://CMC1/emservice/EMServiceServlet)
nothing upgraded or changed recently.

while I am looking into it further ...it will not be a bad idea to try a new phone load (prefereably the latest )on one phone and see if it makes any difference

Hello, I resolved the problem yesterday installing a patch win-OS-Upgrade-K9.2000-4-4a-sr6.exe
I hope that this also solves your problem.
