Port errors

Unanswered Question

can anyone help debug this problem, my users will be on working fine and will then the connection will get terminated this can happen after 30sec or 4 hrs of connect time. the following errors are int the event log


CTX: 0x490055: Error(3/17): Detected error in SG protocol


and


Session Type: SSL VPN Client

Duration: 0:40:17

Bytes xmt: 967081

Bytes rcv: 520977

Reason: Port Error


thanks for any help or pointing me in the right direction.

It appears that the problem is not with the SSL client but probably a bad connection which appears to be dropping the connection (this would force the Port Errors).

Are you behind any type of proxy server like NetCache Proxy Server? Also, have you disabled routing and remote access service on the computer?
