route unencrypted traffic to external/public interface

I've a host in the same subnet as the Concentrator's public interface. When the packet is decrypted, would it route out to the public interface since the host is on the same subnet as the concentrator's public interface? Would the concentrator ignore or complain if I add the host IP in the routing table to route via the internal interface and reach the host thru a router?

I think the when the packet is decrypted it is routed out through public interface. If the host IP is added in the routing table to route via internal interface this may create some problem as all traffic from the host has to be routed the same way.
