I have an issue with moh on a callamanger express 4.1 when the caller calls in from the pstn and is placed on hold he can heard the music on hold , however after playing foor a while it seems to repeat the voice of the announcer on the wav file. this is periodic
the music on hold plays music along with a voice for example " please continue to wait while an operator becomes avialable" Orthopedics northest preforms over 2,000 bone operations a year"
Then for example the orthopedics part repeats itself twice,,
Can you hear it twice when you play using windows media player or someother player?
