VoIP over PIX

I am having an issue with my softphone using my cisco vpn client going through a cisco pix running ver 6.3. I Can connect to my callmanager system however when i pick up and talk, i can hear the other party, however they cannot hear me.

Can you provide some insight to why this is happening?
