I can not find on Cisco's website what version of code must be on my 3825 router to support the NM-AIR-WLC6-K9. Currently c3825-ipbase-mz.124-3g.bin is on the router and it does not recognize the controller. Also are there any sample configurations. I have to have this up before Monday. Once the router sees it I will add it to our WCS server.

Hi Todd,
Sorry for the lateness in this reply but I thought I would add this just in case;
Routers: Cisco IOS Software Release 12.4(3)T and later (from what I have read the T is very important)
From this doc;
Cisco Wireless LAN Controller Modules

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the help. After a reboot onto 12.4(11)T the router sees the controller and I am configuring as we speak. I will then add it to the WCS server and everything should be pretty straight forward from there. Thanks again for your help.

I too have a Cisco 3825 Router with 12.4(13b) Advanced IP Services and it does not see the controller. Any ideas?

Hi David,
Routers: Cisco IOS Software Release 12.4(3)T and later **(from what I have read the T is a must)** When Todd used 12.4(11)T the 3825 recognized the controller
