Setting the Multicast DR

I don't know if this is possible, but I'll ask anyway. Is there a way to setup a Multicast router so that it doesn't act as a DR to itself without setting RSVP points?

I'm trying to do a Multicast on a 2800 router for a MoH stream, and it appears to only be working one way. I think this is the problem:

#sh ip pim int

Address Interface Ver/ Nbr Query DR DR

Mode Count Intvl Prior

10.2.2.3 GigabitEthernet0/0 v2/SD 2 30 1 10.2.2.3

10.2.3.3 GigabitEthernet0/1 v2/SD 2 30 1 10.2.3.3

I'm assuming the core switch should be seen as the DR, not the router itself. Do I need to set the cores as RPs

Tried this:

ip pim rp-address 10.2.2.1

But no change.

Answered my own question. Looks like I have to do "ip pim dr-priority 0" on each interface.
