Emails are bouncing back

Hi all,

I'm new to Ironport and have this problem of some of my company's employees are getting bounce backs with messages from Ironport as follows (after doing some grepping):

Sat May 5 11:57:44 2007 Info: Delivery start DCID 23663208 MID 19225280 to RID [0, 1, 2]
Sat May 5 11:58:56 2007 Info: Bounced: DCID 23663208 MID 19225280 to RID 0 - 5.1.0 - Unknown address error ('553', ['Access Denied'])
Sat May 5 11:58:56 2007 Info: MID 19225440 was generated for bounce of MID 19225280
Sat May 5 11:58:56 2007 Info: Bounced: DCID 23663208 MID 19225280 to RID 1 - 5.1.0 - Unknown address error ('553', ['Access Denied'])
Sat May 5 11:58:56 2007 Info: MID 19225441 was generated for bounce of MID 19225280
Sat May 5 11:58:56 2007 Info: Bounced: DCID 23663208 MID 19225280 to RID 2 - 5.1.0 - Unknown address error ('553', ['Access Denied'])
Sat May 5 11:58:56 2007 Info: MID 19225442 was generated for bounce of MID 19225280
Sat May 5 11:58:56 2007 Info: Message finished MID 19225280 done

if the email is being sent from Gmail, it reaches the destination. Therefore there is no problem with the recipient. The other point is that the bounce back is happening with only few people, the rest of the company is running fine! Any clues why could this be happening??

Thank you in advance

Since bounces are occuring during delivery of the messages, I would recommend setting up domain debug logs('system administration -> Log Subscription'). These logs contain the entire smtp conversation between Ironport and the recipient domain's mail server.
