it's possible to manage the switch ws-500 by ciscowrks LMS 2.6 (detected and managed by LMS 2.6)

This will not be possible. The preferred way to manage the Catalyst Express 500 is with Cisco Network Assistant which is freely downloadable from http://tools.cisco.com/support/downloads/go/Images.x?relVer=5.1&mdfid=280771500&sftType=Cisco%20Network%20Assistant&optPlat=null&nodecount=3&edesignator=null .
