Duplex and speeds are the same. Cable has been checked. Could it be a possible power issue. We are using generators to power the area we dont have an ups yet. I just want to make sure it couldn't be anything else.

If it is a power issue it will reload the whole switch and not one particular interface.

So can you check for some errors on the interface if you observe any? Also cehck if you see something in logs? Have you also configured errdisable recovery?
