Is the Integration of IPCC 4.5 with Call Manager 4.2 possible?
Please tell me the difference between Standard, Enhanced & Premium versions of IPCCX?
Please guide me in this regard.
Why do you want to use third party phones?
You can use Cisco phones!
CM 5.X does support third party SIP endpoints, but I have not seen an annoucmenet which ones, yet.
There is no difference in feature sets, the difference is that 4.5 works with CallManager 5.X, where IPCCX 4.0 works with CallManager 4.X.
Outside of the integration there is no other deifference.
If you have CCM 4.2 then you need to purchase IPCCX 4.0.
