Hello,
is there any way the oprator can easily let the AA answer the call when the oprator go to washroom or somewhere, and after come back, turn off AA

As long as the first line on the phone is the main number for inbound calls, have the receptionist use the CFwdALL feature to the AA pilot number.

And if the first line is not the the main number, press the line button before CFwdALL, so that it will be set on that line.

Does that actually work now in newer versions of CCM/CME? The CFwdALL feature, selecting a softkey on the phone, has only ever worked on the main number from my experience. It's been a gripe of mine for a long time and it seems like such an easy thing to fix for the Cisco developers.

I have that working with CME 4.1 on the 7941. I have to say, I was happy when I saw a simple thing working in a simple manner for once.
