What am I missing?

Hi,

I am really good with 1700-2500 series routers but this new asa5500 is like learning a new language.

I am unable to forward ports thru this router. I have attached a config. I am simply trying to get smtp thru for now and I'll deal with the rest later, but despite all of my configuration tests I can't seem to do it.

Can some one take a look and suggest what I am doing wrong?

Thanks.

Simple trick use the keyword "interface" in your static command

static (inside, outside) tcp interface smtp 192.168.100.10 smtp netmask 255.255.255.255

Do let me know if this works.

I'm not sure if this has an impact but you don't have any access-list on your inside interface. My two cents ...
