We are in the process of migrating from IPCCX 3.53 to UCCX 4.04. The process we used was to format the cold standby 3.53 server and install it as a 4.04 server, then upgrade clients/sup's and redirect calls to the new server.

This works fine, however, we need to migrate the currect 3.53 historical reporting data onto the new 4.04 server. Our consulting VAR states that this cannot be done and that we need to leave the old 3.53 online, and setup a separate 3.53 CRS client to access the data, until it is no longer needed.

This is weak to say the least....

Is there any migration tool like BARS or a process we can use to migrate the 3.53 data onto the new 4.04 server?

It would help us from having to buy a 3rd MCS server as we planned on taking the 3.53 server and making it the warm standby 4.04 server.
