I can not figure out the command to make port 5/14, 5/29,5/30 and 5/34 like 5/24 and 5/25. I keep getting Native vlan mismatch errors
set vlan 100 5/1-3,5/5,5/7-12,5/14-16,5/22-24,5/29-32,5/34,5/36,5/38-41,5/46
set trunk 5/14 on dot1q 1-1005,1025-4094
set trunk 5/25 on dot1q 1-1005,1025-4094
set trunk 5/26 on dot1q 1-1005,1025-4094
set trunk 5/29 on dot1q 1-1005,1025-4094
set trunk 5/30 on dot1q 1-1005,1025-4094
set trunk 5/33 on dot1q 1-1005,1025-4094
set trunk 5/34 on dot1q 1-1005,1025-4094

Hi,
As per the config pasted, your switchports 5/14,5/29,5/30 and 5/34 has the native vlan as 100. You have first set these ports to vlan 100 and then created the ports as trunk ports which will set Vlan 100 has the native vlan for these ports.
Your switchport 5/24 doesnot seem to have the netwive vlan as 100 while 5/25 has the native vlan as 100. Please set the port 5/24 to Vlan 100 and then create it as trunk port which will set the native vlan on 5/24 to 100. this should take care of the same config across all the ports.

sorry I meant I want port 14,29,30 like 25 and 26 which do not have the native vlan's set. what is the command to remove 14,29,and 30 from the set vlan 100 command line?

Just set vlan 1 (the default native vlan)
for those ports.

Hi,
Your assignment of native vlan on cat os is correct: set vlan vlan-id mod/port.
The reason of native vlan mismatch is probarly because you have a different native vlan on the other end of your trunk.
Check the with CDP neighbour.
