CAM &CAS

hi,

when i add a new CAS to the CAM server ,i receive this message "Could not add Clean Access Server!" what can be the problem

Have you tried synchronizing your clock. The clock in the CAM and CAS have to be similar.

Verify they can ping each other. Besides that, I know what really got us was the fact that the CAM and CAS must be on separate networks. Check those two things.
