JTAPI issue in IPIVR 3.52

Hi all,

I am facing Jtapi issue in the IPIVR (3.52).

The problem is "Jtapi is getting into partial service state due to some CTI Ports or Route Points are OOS."(mentioned in the MIVR Logs)

Actually, I have associated all the Route points and CTI Ports to the JTAPI User.

For this issue, every time , I de-associate and associate the Route Points & CTI Ports which gets displayed in the MIVR Logs.

After this, JTAPI is in service.then again the same issue happens.

Is there any permanent solution for this from anybody?

I've seen the same thing at a couple places and TAC recommended upgrading CM to 4.1.3 sr3c. Since we upgraded neither place has had the issue. Not sure what version of CM you are running but that was the fix for us.

I have the CCM running 4.1.3 sr4d(the Recent one)
