Hello I'm trying to use bat to add phone and user. When try to create a csv file i do not have execel on the call manager can use, and i do not want to use notepad is anything elese i can use to get this done

One option is to create the file on a machine with Excel and copy it to the CCM server.

Under the section Phones and Users combination, it gives the mandatory and optional columns and gives an example. I am attaching a sample CSV file with all fields used for Phones and Users. You can edit it with Excel or Notepad.
