Receiving Incomplete faxes

An ATA186 that is registered with the CCM is being used to support a modem that will allow a PC attached to it to receive faxes. When receiving multipage faxes only the first page arrives. Do you have any idea of what might be the reason for this malfunction?

Are you using fax passthrough or fax relay?

Take a look at this doc:

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/ata/ataadmn/sccp3_0/sccpaapd.htm

to make sure you have consistent configuraion on your ATA and Voice GW.

I'm using FAX relay.

Anyway the problem is already solved. It was due to slip errors on the E1 controllers.
