hi , what is the requeriments for install silent monitor.
my problem is : i'dont listen the conversations of the agent. i'm logged with supervisor, i can select de agent but don't listen your conversation.
please helpme in this diagnostic.

Hi,
If you are using IPCC Express 4, take a look to this SRNS guide (page 81).
If you are usinig IPCC Express 3.5, take a look to this one (page 79).
How have you implemented the monitoring? Using SPAN to mirror ports or using CAD?

Hi,
If you are using CAD and 794X/796X/797X phones as agent phones and you plug the agent desktop to the IP phone switch you don?t have any problem to monitor the agents.

what is the abbreviate SRNS ?
the agents haven acd agents desktop. i'dont listen yours conversations.(supervisor)
