In the ?JTAPI Provider? section of the IP-IVR configuration, we normally enter the CallManager machines that will be handling the JTAPI duties. When you enter one or more entries, you get a pop-up that asks for the CallManager Administration credentials. This works fine when I use the Publisher, but it fails with any Subscriber (we have 4 other subscribers). And sure enough, if I try to log into CallManager Administration on either of the Subscriber machines with the same ?ccmadministrator? account and password, it does not work.
