Guys how the best to do these :
For example : abc@abc.com user should be able to send out 10 MB size email through Ironport and xyz@abc.com user should only be able to send 3 MB and if he tries to send 10 Mb he should get a bounce back.
We use MS Exchange , and doing it in content filters I do not know how ? Your help will be appreciated

For AsyncOS 5.1, there are additional content filter conditions that will allow you to detect the message size and perform the appropriate actions.
Message size (body-size). Is the body size within a specified range? Body size refers to the size of the message, including both headers and attachments. The body-size rule selects those messages where the body size compares to a specified value.(i.e. 10mb)
Log into the Support Portal and there are release notes for the AsyncOS 5.1 release that will go into greater detail on the improvements.
