restart TCD after reboot

running CCM 4.3(1) with co-res IPCC 4.1(1). After a reboot the services all start, but get fast busy dialing the pilot number for AC (8250). Only after restarting the TCD service will 8250 work. I have attached the TCD trace which captures the reboot (7:05am) and the restart of TCD (7:22am)

I've seen this before, some services that have to be manually restarted

even after a reboot. In your case, it could have been caused because of

how you rebooted your servers. It is recommended that, if you have a

cluster, follow this order:

1. Shutdown the SUB

2. Shutdown the PUB

3. Bring up the PUB

4. Bring up the SUB

but it is a single CCM and it does this every time.
