Does anyone has a documentation which compares LMS 2.2 and 2.5??

I want to make a presentation on it ... it's urgent

You should first look to each application's release notes, for a high level overview of new features in LMS 2.5 (start at http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/rtrmgmt/cw2000/index.htm). Then check out the LMS white papers for deployment guides for LMS 2.5, and 2.6 (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/cscowork/ps2425/prod_white_papers_list.html). If the goal is to educate people on using the new LMS, those documents would make good primers.
