I am using the Cisco IP Phone 7960G for CallManager 4.1(3). As a receptionist, I would like to be able to directly transfer people to voicemail (without waiting for the ext. to ring through) when the callee is unavailable. I do not want to idirect them to the general voicemail, and I direct calls for more than one callee/voicemail box, so don't think the manager/assistant proxy line can work for my needs. Any suggestions? Thank you!
