Is there a way to export the information on each device in Call Manager? What I need is all the IP Addresses of the devices in Call Manager. Can I export this to a excel spreadsheet?

One way to get this info is from the DHCP pool. If you're using Microsoft DHCP, open the DHCP Management Console, drill down to your scope, right-click Address Leases and click Export List. If you're using IOS DHCP, use the "show ip dhcp bind" command.

Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

We use NetReg for MAC's and IP's.

Are you familiar with this and how would I export the phone info with that?

If CCM 3.X or 4.X

In the server where the IPPhone are currently registered try:

C:\Program Files\Cisco\Bin>mmfspy a > IPPhones.txt

C:\Program Files\Cisco\Bin>notepad IPPhones.txt

You will see IP addresses...

In CCM 5.X you can play with AXL...

I have 4.1.3 and I'm able to run the mmfspy and list all phones with IP Addresses. However the command > IPPhones.txt does not generate a TXT file.

Can you explain a little more on how to create a text file with this. As of now it only run in a command prompt and I'm unable to see a list.

Thanks

Jason

When I reun the mmfspy file it will not list all the devices in the Call Manager with the model of device. This is what I am looking for.

You are able to list the devices in callmanager by using BAT. Confugure-> Generate Phone Reports -> use model and search by phone.

I don't know of a way to list all this information together. Meaning one file with device type and IP address listed for you.

Were you able to create the Text file from the command line. Please let me know if you were able to do this. Thanks

No I was not able to create a txt file from the comand line.

I will look at BAT though.

Not sure if this can help you, but i always use this URL to get Devices+IP:

https://yourCCM/ccmadmin/reports/devicelistx.asp

Exactly what I'm looking for. Thanks you for the help.

Jason

What do you use for - yourCCM - in the URL?

Used used the name of the CCM and also tried the ip address and it still did not work.

Which CCM version? try using http instead of https.
